The Cab Franc was fermented in bins, punchdowns twice daily.  Juice was co inoculated for ML 24 hours after yeast addition.  Pressed off once primary fermentation complete.  Racked to a blend of French and American oak, 25% new oak.  Aged 10 months in barrel then bottled.

Production Notes


2016 was quite wet in early spring making conditions challenging in the vineyard. July and August dried out and we saw good ripening and flavor development in both reds and whites. Merlot, Cab Franc and Chardonnay stood out.
